- I identify myself in so many ways -- a native New Englander, an obsessed editor, an inventive cook, an environmentalist, a passionate animal lover, a satisfied Honda owner -- that I don't seem to fit in any one category. I enjoy making all sorts of crafty stuff (beading is a current distraction), traveling, learning about other cultures, and languages. I speak English, French, and Spanish (plus I know a smattering of completely impractical Czech phrases, "when monkeys fly out my butt" in German, and "Happy New Year" in Lao) but would love to learn more.
